Developing a web-based Workforce Management application for the TELKOMSEL network project using the OutSystems low-code platform, aimed to provide an effective solution for overseeing the workforce within the TELKOMSEL network.
THE PROBLEM
Telkomsel needed an efficient way to manage their network workforce across multiple locations. Manual tracking of workforce assignments, schedules, and performance was time-consuming and error-prone, leading to operational inefficiencies.
THE SOLUTION
Built a web-based Workforce Management application using OutSystems low-code platform with PostgreSQL database. The system provides real-time visibility into workforce allocation, scheduling, and performance metrics across the Telkomsel network.
