THE PROBLEM
Employees had no centralized system for submitting leave requests. The manual process was inefficient, lacked proper tracking, and made it difficult for managers to review and approve requests in a timely manner.
THE SOLUTION
Developed a complete leave request application with Java Spring Boot backend, Thymeleaf templates for frontend, and MySQL/Oracle databases. The system provides a user-friendly interface for employees to submit requests and managers to review and approve.
